China automobile production increase 27.86% in May 2010

According to statistics and analysis of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM)China automobile production is 1,416,600 units in May, decrease 9.39 % compared with last month, increase 27.86 % compared with the same period of last year , Among main automobile brand, passenger car and commercial vehicle production are 1,031,500 units and 385,100,units, decrease 9.72% and 8.52% compared with last month respectively, increase 25.50% and 34.64% compared with the same period of last year respectively.
From January to May this year, China automobile production is 7,535,800 units, increase 55.59% compared with the same period of last year; Passenger car and commercial vehicle production are 5,637,500 units and 1,898,300 units respectively, increase 60.09% and 43.61 % compared with the same period of last year respectively.
